Hello Dear Friends!

We at Batteroo have been working hard cranking out content to show all of you the benefits and superiority of Batteroo sleeves compared to regular batteries in our testing videos. We do our best to make videos that are as transparent and accurate as possible, because the Batteroo’s ability is able to speak for itself. However, sometimes setting up the video itself is what proves to be the most challenging. I wanted to give you guys a little behind the scenes of the adventures that goes into setting up our testing videos!

One of the testing videos we are working on currently is for a portable, battery-powered GPS. The goal of the video would be to see how much longer a Batteroo powered GPS would last if both GPSs were tracking movement. Our first obstacle was figuring out how to make the GPSs move. If we want to truly be able to measure how long a GPS would last, we would need it to be doing what it is meant to; tracking someone’s location as they move. We decided to attach the GPSs to a toy train! It was a large one; the track ended up being about 40 feet long. First problem solved!

Next issue we found was where to do it. First we did it inside our building, but the GPSs were unable to get a signal inside. So we figured we would do it outdoors. We set it up in one of our backyards and were able to get a signal. But we found as we ran the experiment that the sun would reflect onto the GPS, making the camera unable to catch its reflection. We tried moving it to a shadier spot but soon ran into another issue.

Since we were outside, the wind would occasionally mess with the train tracks, pulling them apart and then the train would fall off the tracks and ruin the experiment. So we went and individually taped down every single track so that it wouldn’t happen again!

That’s basically where we are at now, we run into little issues like reflection at different times of day, one of the GPSs randomly losing signal halfway through the experiment, it getting too dark to be able to see the screens, etc. Since the goal is for a continuous, uninterrupted video that will be over several hours long, this might take us some time to get a perfect take. But we are going to keep trying! I hope you enjoyed our behind the scenes look at what goes into our testing videos. The ingenuity and creativity of the team at Batteroo is a testament to the ____ of the Batteroo itself!

Stay tuned here to see more of our testing videos and more of what’s going on with us! See you guys next time!
